Designed and built an automated pipeline to audit, revise, and republish a backlog of 1,000+ articles for topic relevance, quality, and compliance — replacing manual, one-by-one review with a multi-model AI workflow.

What I built:

An automation layer using Google Apps Script integrated with third-party APIs, with Google Sheets as the operational database tracking every article's status, revisions, and approval state
Orchestrated GPT-4/GPT-4o, Claude, and Gemini across the pipeline, routing each article through model-specific revision and compliance checks based on its topic and content type
Automated bulk publishing to the live website once articles passed quality and compliance checks — no manual upload step
Built the technical infrastructure to make content discoverable by both traditional search engines and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews): structured data/schema markup, llms.txt configuration for AI crawler access, and sitemap/internal linking optimization

Impact:

Brought 1,000+ articles up to current quality and compliance standards at scale, while positioning the site's content for visibility in both classic search results and AI-generated answers — an increasingly important channel as search shifts toward AI overviews.
